About Jill…
Accomplished storyteller, commercial director and native of New Yorker. She has collected over 200 industry awards including an Emmy and directed hundreds of commercials and long form content. Jill has also directed four short films; and one feature. She has two scripts she has written, one in development.
Salvino has directed TAKING IT FOR GRANTED, which screened at The Big Apple Festival and won Best Drama at NYC’s Downtown Film Festival. Salvino wrote and directed LIES PEOPLE TELL, which Premiered at The San Pedro Film Festival and was chosen by the New York Women in Film and Television as one of their top shorts of the year.
As an invited director, her 2 contributions as director of THE SONNET PROJECT #74 & #153 Premiered at The Queens World International Film Festival and also been awarded.
Her feature debut Between the Shades screened at 21 Festivals and is releasing via Passion River Films on 4/23/2019.
